2008 WEEKLY RATES: £375 - £390
RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF HEATING*, ELECTRICITY, LINEN & TOWELS

2008 DAILY RATES (availability dependant on time of year)

• 3 nights: 60% weekly rate
• 4 nights: 70% weekly rate
• 5 nights: 80% weekly rate
• 6 nights: 90% weekly rate

Sleeps 2 (maximum). With regret we are unable to accept pets or student groups, or large groups beyond the intended capacity of the apartment. Non Smoking. No Pets. Minimum stay 3 nights

Arrivals/Departures
Visitors to arrive from 4pm on arrival day and vacate by 10am on the departure day unless otherwise arranged. Visitors to vacate the property at end of period of reservation without any process of law.

Cleaning
We would be grateful if visitors could leave the apartments in a clean and tidy condition. Special cleaning will be organised at a charge. Longer bookings will have a weekly change of linen & towels and a light clean.

*Heating
Heating provided in one or two time periods as required. Heating beyond twelve hours each day will have a supplement charge.

Payment
Payment in sterling cash, cheque or travellers cheques, and Mastercard, Visa & Maestro accepted. Card details collected by secure online server (web address on request) or by telephone.
Cheques payable to Mrs Anne M Leggat. £75 deposit per week/part week required to secure a booking. Remaining amount due six weeks in advance of arrival (no reminders will be sent).
Telephone calls charged at cost and payable at end of stay.

Access
Owners retain the right of access to the apartment.

Parties, etc.
Visitors are most welcome to invite friends though we discourage large noisy gatherings since the flat is in a peaceful quiet living area. This restriction has not deterred visitors from enjoying our accommodation as can been read in our website comments page.

Breakages, Losses, etc.
£30 Damage Deposit may be charged on arrival and refunded at the termination of the let unless breakages or damage have been caused. Damage or breakage in the apartment to be reported immediately. Damage caused may be charged at cost by the owner.
The use of any naked light, e.g. candles as well as electric Christmas tree lights, is prohibited in accordance with Fire Regulation advice.

Disclaimer
The owner cannot accept any responsibility or be liable for any loss or damage, accident or mishap to persons or their property whilst in and around the apartment or whilst engaged in any activity therefrom or for any illness or injury arising from any cause whatsoever, including cars.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, booking fee/part thereof is only refundable at owners' discretion. An administration charge will be deducted from any refund.
The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking or terminate a let should these Terms of Let not be met or if unreasonable behaviour/disturbance is caused during the let.

Complaints
Constructive suggestions about improving the accommodation are welcome. If residents have any complaints they must be taken up with the owners before leaving the property.

Insurance
We recommend that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance.
